New on Fridays – purchase one full-priced drink and treat yourself to a large Cod, Chips and Peas for just £3.95. And you can add a dessert for only £1.50 – there's a choice of bread pudding, ice cream or crumble with custard.

Sunday Roasts

Remember the Sunday roasts you mum used to cook? At The Four Chesnuts, we still do. We usually offer a choice of three from beef, chicken, lamb and pork, which are served with all the trimmings including 6 or 7 freshly cooked vegetables. These meals are great value at £6.95 each or £12 for two. Why go to all the trouble when we can do it for you?

Function Facilities

Our skittle room doubles as a restaurant, where we can cater for parties of up to 30. If you are planning a special meal for family, friends, club or work, this could be just what you're looking for. We offer a range of buffets and hot meals, all competitively priced to make your special event affordable. And why not follow your meal with a game of skittles? Food Policy

All food is freshly prepared to order, with many of the ingredients being sourced from local suppliers.  Our regular menu includes a range of choices from sandwiches and baguettes through to hot meals, including a good range of daily specials.  Peter's 'Pie of the Moment' (freshly made, including the pastry) is always a popular choice, as are our Sunday lunches which are served with all the trimmings - including lots of freshly cooked vegetables.
